Chili buffet donations appreciated
Description:
Since 1966. The Channel Islands Harbor will kick off the holidays with its annual holiday Parade of Lights. The theme is “Let It Glow.” Entrants are asked to decorate their vessels based on the theme. The parade starts at 7 p.m.
